材料： 排骨，葱花 & 蒜茸 （少许） 调味料 ： 糖，绍兴酒， 豆瓣酱（无辣） 做法 1）排骨洗净待用 2） 先下 蒜茸炒香，加入 豆瓣酱， 糖 ，绍兴酒及水煮至滚。 3）把煮好的酱汁淋在排骨上，然后蒸至熟透即可，撒上 葱花即可上桌
